30-Day Return Policy
At Petduoworld, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food, treats, or supplements for health and safety reasons
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@petduoworld.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
